The UK's leading provider of mobile phones and broadband O2 commisioned Dave Bowker to develop a visualization of it's network performance during England matches in the Group stages. The images serve a visual representation of the fan's reactions to key moments in real time. At its peak, the network was carrying nearly 5000 text messages a second.
