Martin Oberhäuser (DE) always produces some fine infographics. I have been posting some of his previous work earlier on this blog - 'Stadtistik- City statistics' http://thesis.armina.info/node/131.
For the 'World Cup Schedule' he devoleped an infographical map including all games, a calender and informations about the participating stadiums. Every "world cup set" contains a printed dinA1 map. Project was comissioned by http://www.wechselwild.com/ (unfortunately only available in German).
This is exactly how infographics should look like - clean & clear. Every detail in his work is thought about, composition looks perfectly natural and there is no overload of color or 'decorative' elements. It looks perfectly balanced - the graphics leeds the eye.
