'Isotype revisited' is a three-and-a-half year research project (2007-11) based in the Department of Typography & Graphic Communication at the University of Reading. The project is funded by a grant from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, UK, and draws on the Otto and Marie Neurath Isotype Collection housed in the Department.

There is a lot of interest arised towards the works of O. Neurath & Gerd Arntz last couple of years, Isotype in particular. Well, I am not an exception neither. Last year, during my MA research about infographics I got fascinated by those figures and their ability to communicate. They still look modern to me. I am looking forward to this research and whatever will come out of it.
